As a direct result of the Coronavirus pandemic, all Service Points are now closed. The office at Frankfort Gate remains open to personal callers, but we ask that you observe the Social Distancing measures – only one person in the office at any time. The Devonport office is closed to personal callers, but you can make contact by email or phone. For a full round-up of the measures we are taking during this difficult time, see out COVID-19 page.
Following government advice on social distancing, we are further restricting the number of people in the Frankfort Gate Service Point to ONE ONLY AT A TIME. Please bear with us at this difficult time. I’m sure you can appreciate that this is for the benefit of both members and staff. Keep updated with how we are dealing with Coronavirus here.
As an added precaution to ensure the service we offer our customers can continue, the office at Devonport will be closed to personal callers from Thursday, 19 March 2020 until further notice. We are doing this to help protect our key back-office staff who are responsible for the smooth running of the credit union. You can still contact us by phone or email using these contact details or by visiting our Frankfort Gate office which is open to personal callers and where you can also withdraw cash. We apologise for any inconvenience, but we’re sure you will understand how important this small team is in providing the service you depend on.
Like all organisations, our services are being impacted by the Coronavirus pandemic. We will of course do our very best to ensure we provide as good a service to our members as possible, and so we have added a Coronavirus Update Page to our website which we will update whenever there is a change to the way we operate. We will also notify you of any changes in this blog, so keep an eye open. Our focus at this difficult time is on the health and well-being of both our members and our staff.
The Service Point at Ernesettle Community School will be closed on Monday February 17, 2020 for the school holidays. It will re-open as usual on the 24th.
Having battled their way through the Universal Credit application process, one of our members has put together a useful set of notes on what Universal Credit is, how to apply for it, and the pitfalls. It also contains a lot of very useful links to the various web sites and resources which the average Universal Credit claimant will find useful.
We’ve been listening to feedback from our members with regard to difficulty in locating forms on the website that they use regularly. So we’ve added a new main menu option, “Forms”, which contains a list of all the forms on our web site. So if you know which form you’re looking for, they’re all here. […]
It is with sincere regret that we have to announce the closure of the Ivybridge and Welcome Hall, Devonport, Service Points. Welcome Hall has recently changed ownership and, coupled with the retirement of the Service Point Officer, has led to its closure.
