City of Plymouth Credit Union (CPCU) is a not-for-profit organisation owned by its members, who we help to save regularly and manage their monthly budget, as well as offering them ethical loans at low interest rates. CPCU’s social objectives include improving financial inclusion, and members’ savings also benefit other members living within the local community.
As part of our growth plan, we are recruiting a Front of House Supervisor. This is a key role in the customer-facing operation of the credit union, supervising and supporting team members (volunteers and paid employees).
The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal, customer service and organisational skills and the ability to work independently with limited supervision. Previous supervisory experience in customer services, preferably in the financial sector, is required.
