The City of Plymouth Credit Union are launching a new Web Site – and its just a start!
Over the next few months, we are introducing a new look web site which we are confident will be a big improvement on the old one. Have an explore and let us know what you think.
With this update we are introducing some new features, including a Blog which we’ll use to update you on what’s happening in the Credit Union. You can even post comments on each article! You can also sign up to our Newsletter to get all the latest news.
Finally, we hope to introduce more online facilities as time goes on. We’re going to do this gradually to ensure that it all works properly, so keep an eye on our Blog and Newsletter for progress.
Do you have a login, password and PIN for the old CPCU web site that you used to check your balance and get a mini-statement? You can use it on the new site – just click on “Login/Register” above. If you don’t, you can register on the same page. We’ll send you a PIN number through the post so you can check your balance and get a mini-statement.

“ACAS working for everyone” should be displayed or trained, in worker’s benefits
Agreed. Again, lots of information on the ACAS website, http://www.acas.org.uk
bullying.co.uk poster should be displayed in offices, in worker’s benefit and as a sign posting for anyone
Another good idea. Lots of posters available on website, see https://www.bullying.co.uk/anti-bullying-week/download-our-anti-bullying-week-posters/. Just a case of printing them up.
A poster about inclusion, equality, anti racism and fair treatment will confer TRUST.
Also a good idea. Any thoughts on where we can get some examples?
A poster about “Ground rules in CPCU” will offer clients a clear and decent message about their rights and obligations, as a gentle permanent reminder. Iconographic images work the best.
A good idea. Are these set down anywhere so a suitable poster can be preapred?
